Velan's got a big pile of snowballs. What's he gonna do with them? Well, what else would you do with snowballs, throw 'em!
...except his first target is Yoshi. "Ice mage getting hit by snowball" is a very old and tired thing to her. Hopefully Velan doesn't mind having a localized blizzard dropped on his head.
